The Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Chad Johnson, a 2018 recipient of one of the Margaret and Donald Wenner, MD Scholarship awards.
Chad, the son of Marc and Mary Johnson, is a 2018 graduate of Colonel Crawford High School. He plans to attend Iowa State University this fall and study business.
With a family in business and looking for open options, Chad carefully chose his major. “It is a field which will lead into different kinds of jobs,” he explained. “This major doesn’t have a set path, but it has multiple paths that I can follow. It also helped that my family has experience in business itself.” After graduation, Chad plans to work. “I want to get a job I enjoy and can have fun with. Ultimately I just want a secure job.”
