Kendra, the daughter of Michael and Jill Stahl, is a 2018 graduate of Buckeye Central High School. She plans to attend Wilmington College this fall and study agronomy.

Experiences and accomplishments in her FFA Chapter inspired Kendra to choose her major. “In my FFA, I participated in the county soil competition, eventually making it to state, and won the competition as a team and also individually,” she stated. “For here my team went to nationals to win fourth place. After this experience, I became very interested in what all can be done with this skill.” After graduation, Kendra intends to come back to the area. “My career goal after I graduate is to find a job working for a local company,” she explained. “With this job, I want to learn and grow, but also help and support the community that has always been there for me. A career in this field would mean the most to me because it is in an area that I have been [familiar with] my whole life, and I would be giving back to the community.”

Congratulations and good luck in the future, Kendra!
