Makayla, the daughter of Steven and Ellen Aichholz, is a 2018 graduate of Buckeye Central High School. She plans to attend Bowling Green State University this fall and study accounting.

Makayla chose to major in accounting for many reasons. “The first reason is my love of numbers. I enjoy math, as it is my favorite subject, and can picture myself doing it every day.” Makayla continued, “A second reason is I will have many options when I graduate to find a job. Accountants are always needed and for a variety of reasons. The last reason is my support from family and friends. They are always telling me I will make a great accountant. Their support lets me know I will succeed.” After completing her bachelor’s degree, Makayla will go on to obtain a master’s degree in accounting with the goal of becoming a certified public accountant. She stated, “I hope to work as a CPA somewhere local and plan on living in Crawford County.”

Congratulations and good luck in the future, Makayla!
