Victoria, the daughter of Pete and Ronda Hoerig, is a 2018 graduate of Wynford High School. She plans to attend The Ohio State University – Marion Campus this fall and study dental hygiene.

A childhood experience inspired Victoria to choose a major in dental hygiene. “I did not properly care for my teeth when I was little. In fact, I had 7 crowns on my baby teeth by age 7,” she explained. “Something clicked in my head that I needed to start properly taking care of my teeth, and ever since then I have been obsessed with it. I chose to become a dental hygienist so I can help others care for their teeth, especially children.” Victoria plans to get a bachelor’s degree, become a licensed dental hygienist and work in a private dental office.

Congratulations and good luck in the future, Victoria!
