The Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Brandon Mann, a 2019 recipient of one of the six Kenneth Cummins Scholarship awards.
Brandon, the son of Ted and Denise Mann, is a 2019 graduate of Buckeye Central High School who attended Pioneer Career & Technology Center during his junior and senior years. This fall, he will be attending Ohio Northern University and studying civil engineering.
With a parent in the field and a love to build, Brandon was inspired to choose civil engineering. “I have always been interested in construction…and building things,” he stated. “I have learned a great deal from my dad who has a civil engineering degree, [and the] many engineering classes I’ve taken through the college-now program.” After graduation, Caleb wants to work in his hometown. “I plan to get a full time job in my hometown…get married and start a family. Along with a full time job, I plan to help out on our family farm.”
Congratulations and good luck in the future, Brandon!
