What is your favorite aspect of college life?

“Most of my learning comes from outside the classroom. College requires a lot of learning on your own and teaching yourself.”

What new interest or courses of study have you discovered at college?

“I took a philosophy class as a general (elective), and it ended up being very interesting. It was my favorite part of my freshman year.”

In what ways has the college experience changed/improved you?

“College has shown me how important it is to manage your time.”

What advice would you give an incoming college freshman?

“Manage your time! Make a to-do list, get a calendar, whatever you need to do to be productive.”

Congratulations and good luck in the future, Katlyn!
