To celebrate Community Foundation Week 2011, we are spotlighting individuals who serve on our Board of Trustees. We would like to thank these community members for their dedication to help us provide direction for the future of Bucyrus and Crawford County.
Michael Dostal
Michael grew up in Bucyrus and graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1996. Following his graduation from the University of Colorado, Dostal returned to Bucyrus in 2005 to join the Auck Dostal Insurance Agency, which is now the Dostal & Kirk Insurance and Financial Services with offices in Galion and Bucyrus.
According to Michael, the #1 thing he likes about Bucyrus and Crawford County is the slower pace.
"I enjoy the small town lifestyle and the slower pace of life in Crawford County. I enjoy all the great friendships and business relationships I have made within Crawford County over the last 6 years."
Dostal feels individuals should support the BACF because it is continually working to enhance the quality of life in Bucyrus and Crawford.
"Community members should support the foundation because we continue to make Crawford County a better place to live through various grants and collaborations. The Crawford: 20/20 Vision is just one great example of a positive partnership to benefit the citizens of the county."
