2021 Scholarship Recipient Spotlight: Kael Scott

Posted by Amy Vaughn on Mon, Jun 28, 2021

Scott, KaelThe Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Kael Scott, a 2021 recipient of one of the two Crawford County Sports Hall of Fame Scholarship awards.

Kael, the son of Travis and Stephnie Scott, is a 2021 graduate of Bucyrus High School. He will be attending Adrian College this fall and studying finance.

What inspired you to choose your intended major?

“I have always had an interest in business but that seemed too broad. When looking into finance, it seemed to attract my interest the most. Everyone needs money and if I am able to be that person to help with it, then I am doing my job.”

What are your career and life goals after you graduate?

“My goals are to graduate from Adrian with a bachelor's in business finance, and I hope to pursue either a master's in accounting or business. When looking for a job, I hope to join a Fortune 500 company and be a well-developed asset to their finance team.”

Congratulations and good luck in the future, Kael!
