The Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Brooklyn Weisenauer, a 2023 recipient of one of the 19 Margaret and Donald Wenner, MD Scholarship awards and the Mount Zion Milton Harman Scholarship award.
Brooklyn, the daughter of Brandon Weisenauer and Rachael Spears, is a 2023 graduate of Wynford High School. She is attending West Virginia University this fall and studying Biology.
What inspired you to choose your intended major?
“I chose to major in biology because I have always had a love for science and biology. Majoring in biology will also help me achieve my goals better, as I want to eventually go to med school.”
What are your career and life goals after you graduate?
“After I graduate college, I hope to go to med school. My goal after school is to eventually become a Radiologist.”
