Miller Scholarship award.  Dalani, the daughter of Danny Keith Kiser and Dawn Lynn Kiser, is a 2023  graduate of Crestline High School. She is attending Ohio Northern University  this fall and studying Exercise Physiology.     What inspired you to choose your intended major? "I have chosen exercise physiology as my intended major because I always wanted to work in the field of physical therapy where I could help others. At first, I thought I wanted to be a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). That all changed when I had to experience physical therapy for myself. In June of 2022, I wrecked a dirt bike, causing a complete ACL rupture and resulting in surgery. My senior year of sports was cute short due to my injury. I had to do intense physical therapy from June to December of 2022. During my time in therapy, I realized that I wanted to go further in my education and pursue a DPT degree. I want to give others the great care I received, and I feel I will have compassion because I truly know what my patients are going through physically and mentally." What are your career and life goals after you graduate? "I hope to become a Physical Therapist and work somewhere close to home. I intend to give back to Crestline by hopefully working locally. I hope to be compassionate, inspiring, and helpful to my patients just as my therapist was to me. I have experienced firsthand how a great therapist can impact your life. My goal is to impact all the people I come in contact with in a positive way."   Congratulations and good luck in the future, Dalani!
