The Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Elyse Pope, a 2023 recipient of one of the seven Kenneth Cummins Scholarship awards and one of the two Marvis Schaaf Scholarship awards.
Elyse, the daughter of Bryan Pope and Rebecca pope, is a 2023 graduate of Buckeye Central High School. She is attending the University of Northwestern Ohio this fall and studying Travel and Hotel Management.
What inspired you to choose your intended major?
"I was inspired to major in travel and hotel management by my love for travel as well as the want to interact with people and explore new places and things."
What are your career and life goals after you graduate?
"After I graduate, my goal is to become a travel agent."
