Lynae McKibbenThe Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Lynae McKibben, a 2024 recipient of one of the two Kevin A. Binau Scholarship awards and one of the two Rollie & Esther Wilson Scholarship awards.

Lynae, the daughter of Bradley McKibben and Krista McKibben, is a 2024 graduate of Colonel Crawford High School. She will be attending University of Evansville this fall and studying Exercise Science (Pre-Physical Therapy).

What inspired you to choose your intended major?

"As a physical therapist, I will be able to use my positive attitude and my inquisitiveness to help others achieve their goals. I am a goal-oriented person and being a physical therapist allows me to help others set goals and to bounce back from injuries."

What are your career and life goals after you graduate?

"After I graduate with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2030, I plan on coming back to Crawford County. I hope to be a pediatric and sports physical therapist in my hometown to help children and athletes overcome obstacles in their life."

Congratulations and good luck in the future, Lynae!
