Started in 1986 by a proclamation from President Reagan, National Philanthropy Day is celebrated every year on November 15th not only in the United States but in communities all throughout the world.
This day celebrates the importance of giving back to make our communities, our countries, and our world a better place. From volunteering to charitable giving, no act of kindness should ever go unnoticed. The Community Foundation for Crawford County thanks all those who change the world through generosity.
