Foundation Awards Over 41,000 in Local Grants

The Community Foundation for Crawford County recently awarded over $41,000 in competitive grants to local charitable organizations and municipalities.

Community grants went to the following:

• Emmanuel’s Bread — $5,000 towards Crestline and St. Joseph Catholic Schools backpack program

• Marion Goodwill Industries, Inc. - $2,500 for the Crawford County Emergency Clothing Program

• The Galion Golden Age Club, Inc. - $698 for purchase and installation of black out blinds for movie viewing
