2021 Scholarship Recipient Spotlight: Erin McKenna

McKenna, ErinThe Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Erin McKenna, a 2021 recipient of one of the six Merle and Peg Hutson Scholarship awards.

Erin, the daughter of Robert and Melinda McKenna, is a 2021 graduate of Crestline High School/Pioneer Career & Technology Center. She will be attending Bowling Green State University this fall and studying Digital Arts.

What inspired you to choose your intended major?

“I've always been interested in animation and thought it would be a fun field to get into.”

What are your career and life goals after you graduate?

“I want to become an animator or storyboard artist. My life goal is to enjoy what I do and to make the most of what time we have on this Earth.”
