Stanford, KassidyThe Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Kassidy Stanford, a 2021 recipient of the Daryl E. Stucky Scholarship award, one of the 19 Doug and Renee Leuthold Scholarship awards, and the Mount Zion Milton Harmon Scholarship award.

Kassidy, the daughter of Paul Stanford and Karin Lewis, is a 2021 graduate of Wynford High School. She will be attending Bowling Green State University this fall and studying health sciences.

What inspired you to choose your intended major?

“My passion for helping others, along with the life-long interest I've had for careers in the medical field has inspired me to study health sciences in college. I hope to find a career related to health sciences that interests me and fits me well, and go on to pursue that after college. I am anticipating that I will enroll in a graduate program after my undergraduate studies are completed to further my education and qualifications for my chosen career.”

What are your career and life goals after you graduate?

“I plan to become a physician assistant or some other type of medical professional after graduation. My main goal is to find a career route that I am passionate about and that will allow me to help other people.”

Congratulations and good luck in the future, Kassidy!
