Posted by Rachel Jarvis on Thu, Oct 12, 2023

Eduardo MullinsThe Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Eduardo Mullins, a 2023 recipient of one of the seven Kenneth Cummins Scholarship awards.

Eduardo, the son of Crescencio Dominguez and Melissa Mullins, is a 2023 graduate of Buckeye Central High School. He is attending University of Cincinnati this fall and studying Social Work.

What inspired you to choose your intended major?

“I was inspired to choose this major because I enjoy helping people. I have a passion for seeing people happy and at their best. I feel fulfilled and accomplished when I can make other people happy. That is why I want to be a Social Worker.”

What are your career and life goals after you graduate?

“I will graduate with a major in Social Work and a minor in Spanish. I plan on moving south where the Spanish-speaking population is bigger. I will eventually get my MSW (Masters in Social Work), and I plan to start a family near Arizona or Texas where taxes and ROI’s aren’t as high.”

Congratulations and good luck in the future, Eduardo!
