The Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Emma Scott, a 2023 recipient of one of the six Crawford County Sports Hall of Fame Scholarship awards, one of the two Dustin T. Stover Scholarship awards, and one of the two Rollie & Esther Wilson Scholarship awards.
Emma, the daughter of Bradly Robert Scott and Kimberly Ann Scott, is a 2023 graduate of Colonel Crawford High School. She is attending Miami University this fall and studying Biology.
What inspired you to choose your intended major?
"I have always had a love for science, so I decided I wanted to do Biology. Also, I am unsure of whether I want to go into dental school or medical school, so I thought Biology would be the perfect major if you're in between graduate schools."
What are your career and life goals after you graduate?
"As of right now, I am planning on going into dental school at Ohio State when I graduate from Miami University. When I graduate from dental school, I am planning on becoming periodontist."
