What is your favorite aspect of college life?

“My favorite aspect of college life was becoming more social. I felt that I have found a good group of people to surround myself with. I am really excited to go back for my second year at Ashland and meet more people.”

What new interest or courses of study have you discovered at college?

“The biggest and newest interest that I have discovered in college has been writing. I took Introduction to Creative Writing my first semester and absolutely loved the course. I ended up adding Creative Writing as a minor and took Fiction Workshop class in the spring.”

In what ways has the college experience changed/improved you?

“Since going to college, I learned how to be more social and create closer bonds to people. I learned to be myself during my first two semesters.”

What advice would you give an incoming college freshman?

“I would advise incoming freshman to go to the campus-run events. It is a great way to meet new people and they are usually fun events.”

What is one item on your bucket list?

“One item that is on my bucket list is to go to an NFL game at all 32 NFL stadiums. I am a big sports and football fan. It would be awesome to experience how different each and every stadium is.”

Congratulations and good luck in the future, Michael!
