Addison KemeryThe Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Addison Kemery, a 2024 recipient of one of the 20 Margaret and Donald Wenner, MD Scholarship awards.

Addison, the daughter of Brock Kemery and Adrienne Kemery, is a 2024 graduate of Bucyrus High School. She will be attending North Central State College this fall and studying Registered Nursing.

What inspired you to choose your intended major?

"I was inspired to go to school to become an RN because I have always had a love for helping others out. I knew I wanted to have a career that allowed me to take this care for others a step further. Along with having a passion for caring for others, I also have a love for science. Therefore, I felt that nursing was the perfect fit for me."

What are your career and life goals after you graduate?

"After graduating, I plan to get a job as an RN and then further my education and aspire one day to become a Nurse Practitioner. I want to use my NP to help in an ER setting along with helping out at IV clinics. Aside from my career, I want to build a family and a house- details have yet to be determined on either."

Congratulations and good luck in the future, Addison!
