Posted by Rachel Jarvis on Wed, Sep 24, 2025

Zoey HoskinsThe Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce Zoey Hoskins, a 2025 recipient of one of the 10 Kenneth Cummins Scholarship awards.

Zoey, the daughter of Rebecca Kalb and Joshua Hoskins, is a 2025 graduate of Buckeye Central High School. She is attending Ohio University this fall and studying Studio Art.

What inspired you to choose your intended major?

"The arts has always been a part of my life, and forever will be. I finally decided Studio Art when I got to high school because of my high school art teacher at the time. She was sweet and truly showed me what art is all about. This is why I've decided to study studio art."

What are your career and life goals after you graduate?

"I'm hoping to continue for a master's in either education or psychology and then look at my options from there. I want to give back to the communities that supported me."

Congratulations and good luck in the future, Zoey!
