The Foundation would like to thank all those involved with making #Giving2sdayNow a success. It is amazing to see the strength of our community when it comes together for a cause. Preliminary results show that our community managed to raise more than $57,700 online in just two days during these uncertain and difficult times to help our local nonprofits. Astonishingly, this total doesn’t even include the $35,000 in matching funds. If you add the matching money, more than $92,700 will be distributed directly back to the participating nonprofits for operating expenses!
Special thanks go to Doug and Renee Leuthold for their generous $10,000 gift that increased the available matching funds from $25,000 to $35,000!
