 The Community Foundation for Crawford County is pleased to introduce  Rosalyn Johnson a 2022 recipient of one of the 19 Margaret and Donald  Wenner, MD Scholarship awards.  

 Rosalyn, the daughter of Monica Johnson is a 2022 graduate of Bucyrus High  School. She will be attending Mount Vernon Nazarene University this fall and  studying Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

 Sarah, the daughter of Nancy Lipscomb, is a 2019 graduate of Bucyrus High  School. She will be entering her fourth year of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at  University of Findlay this fall.

#CrawfordForGood Nonprofit Registration Deadline is July 22nd

Foundation Accepting Grant Applications!

The Community Foundation for Crawford County is accepting grant applications from non-profit organizations and municipalities at their website: https://www.cfcrawford.org/grantseekers. This is the second grant cycle of the year, and the deadline to apply is August 31st with funding distributions to be made in December.

Free Money for College!

The Community Foundation for Crawford County is announcing that their scholarship applications for the 2022-2023 school year are now open and available on their website at www.cfcrawford.org/scholarships. They are encouraging anyone looking for free money for college to start now. “There’s no time like the present for students to start applying for scholarships,” stated Lisa Workman, the Foundation’s President. “The Foundation’s scholarship application deadline is Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 5 PM. The Foundation urges students to start the application process now so there is time to ask questions if needed and to have transcripts and verifier responses returned.” If they’ve not done so already, students are also encouraged to fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) ASAP, as many scholarship applications require the submission of the student aid report from the FAFSA.
